My background is in education and clinical nutrition. I have been a registered dietitian and professor of nutrition for 18 years. My PhD is in Nutrition from Colorado State University. I have been a private practice dietitian specializing in helping clients achieve their goals for 15 years. I also speak all over the world on topics related to clinical nutrition.
